9 mos update! Ortho says braces should be coming off within the next 3 mos >.< I just got chains put on a couple of days ago and my mouth is sooo sore. However, I’ll take chains over spacers any day, those were the absolute worst!

I’m a month in now and just got my bottoms a couple of days ago. The pain is very real! Biting is awkward and painful due to bight blocks.
